theories are mankind's perceptions of the reality of true science (how things work). like it or not, gravity is just that, a theory, a claim that appears to explain what we are able to observe in day to day life. But just cause something is consistent, doesnt mean its the true explanation

you could have 3 completely different models for a set of observables but only 1 is actually correct...or maybe none of them.
