like when i was fatter i guess i would make a huge plate of spaghetti, just spaghetti with meat and whatever sauce
Just went sugar free on most things, now I can still eat a decent amount without getting fat. Not exactly healthy, but not near as bad as a few years ago
Or i just leave the house so i dont eat
now i'll have a handful of spaghetti and throw in vegetables to make up the portion size

You don't need organic veg, etc.

What keeps me up night is if you compare the size of gummie worms to the size of gummie bears it paints a terrifying picture of the Gummyverse

OIly fish is amazing for you. Tinned mackerel. cheaper fish.
