I am extremely weak and can't do a single pull up to save my life, where do I start
push ups

work your rowing muscles and your arms a bit

start with your max amount of push ups by sets of 8, and then add another rep to every set everyday until you reach 12. reset the sets to 10 and add another set. then add another rep to every set everyday until you reach 13. reset the sets to 10 and add another set to reach 13 reps a set again at infinitum
