Never skip leg day
I used to powerlift as a hobby. Never got very far, but it's amazing how strong you are compared to mortals even as a mediocre powerlifter.
I do calisthenics

I am 8 days and itβs getting tough
I keep relapsing after a week or so.
I think the bordom doesn't help either.

Thatβs worked at first
But it started to make it worse after a while
Also once again, when I am having issues itβs late at night and I am usually somewhat tired, pushups generally donβt work when your tired. It just makes you more tired
Then fall asleep
Exercise earlier the day helps
you just need something to keep you occupied
