No lol
That would undermine the whole purpose of religion
Wtf no
That defeats the purpose of a religion having a moral code
"yeah guys we claim that truth is eternal but we might change if low brained progressives demand we change"
Society should base its morals off of christian values, christian values should not base the eternal moral law off of general public opinion
What a fucking terrible question
yeah i bet the person who asked that was a woman
Ikr
And probably an athiest
could be a pagan
How you apply the truths can change, but never, ever should the truth change
No lmao
You can't change truth
No. Religious texts (Christianity) are holy. Any degenerate religions are not held to that standard. Yet they expect Christians to change with the times.
Christianity is a degenerate religion, it teaches people to be meek, as "humble as a child" tells the poor to breed like rabbits. It's been anti science and reason for two thousand years
Τhe term "degenerate" is a stupid term either way.
>trusting anyone
>Anti-Science
>Ignores the fact that Catholics (alongside with Muslims) were the first ones to open modern universities and instituted an educational model partly based on science (Quadrivium, of Liberal Arts Education); made large discoveries in Physics (Mean speed theorem, Relative velocity), Astronomy (Gregorian Calendar, Big Bang Theory), Biology (foundation of modern genetics); Geography (record explorations on the New World, Africa and Asia) and Philosophy (New Platonism and reintroduction of Aristotelian ethics)
don't bother arguing with anti-theists, i blocked the fellow
being an atheist is one thing, but anti-theism entails a specaial hatred of the Lord
you can tell them whatever you want to, their hatred of good is too large for their view to change
That's why I hate the New Atheism movement. Is has somewhat become of a cult justifying being againsn't the lord than anything else.
Satanistsists
Christianity is the only non-degenerate religion. Because it teaches love and to aerve others. It also is a double edged sword into hold your beliefs and remove blasphemy from presence.
It teaches love and service, duty and honor.
It also teaches that we are not to be weak, cowards or spineless, or homosexuals.
^
How does Christianity reverse weakness, cowardliness or homosexuality though?
By providing an individual with a framework of knowledge, where they know what awaits them if they behave a certain way, and not behave a certain way
Great way to reverse homosexuality.
Hasn't worked that much though, has it?
It has
I've met a lot of people who've stopped being homosexual after seeking help in Christianity
I know its anecdotal, but this validates that statement imo
I have been talking with a Homosexual. He is slowly but surely seeking Christ and its something that I am proud of him for. Because the journey is always met with opposition.
there's tons of homos who have repented before the glory of Christ
though i don't think homosexuality is as much of a sin as we make it out to be
the problem is how strongly it's pushed for the most part
it wouldn't be pushed strongly if its byproducts and it itself wasn't a great sin to god
watching porn and adultery could objectively be much greater sins than homosexuality
