i did full body the first day going back to the gym
today i did chest and tricep and yesterday back and bicep
every one of my muscles except the core is completely sore
I want to go to gym but I fucking hate working out with people around
I have a few dumbbells in my backyard tho
10-50lb ones
@Draško double split is good for building strength sounds good
full body is better for hypertrophy
i remember i was kinda scared when i went to the gym the first time back in 2017

i think its in the middle
it's easier for me to do it split
muscles have more time to recover
since i go every day
