Reducing muscles = burning calories = lots of cardio
seems 1800 calories and cardio plus weight training will do it
last I checked I was 27% body fat
i think i will this week
calisthenics i think can burn off weight
not eat until like 2-8pm or something

if you're gonna cook something with meat, add at least 2 portions of differnt veg and you're pretty much always good
