I eat a lot of Herring, Mackerel, Tilapia, Cod and whatever I can fish out of the lakes round here

Can't stand fish for whatever reason so I'm just stuck with chicken if i dont want red meats

shellfish are ok but don't have the high levels of omega oils that fish is known for
