I am anxious to a degree, but I have been working on my anxiety for a while now, I took some advice from an older friend who passed a while ago now, he said if you don’t push yourself outside of your comfort zone you’re never going to grow. And dam it stuck with me.

there is base line then 1st session, session 2 and then a 6 month follow up.
so low dosage of a psycodelc makes depression that much less worse
i push myself but I proceed to want to vomit
Only 2 sessions.
one of the things about LSD is that it loosens your neural pathways and reforms them as you're coming down, so you can train your mind in certain ways, but it's a double edged sword because it can cause personality shifts
I used to hate speaking in front of people, I was afraid of heights, and I wasn’t ver social, but over the passed 14 months on my working holiday I have surpassed all of those.
ONE of my jobs helped me tackle two of them.
good job mate
I am glad good work.

I was an aerial park guide in Ontario, it helped with the whole heights thing and talking to groups as I had to teach groups of up to 20 people how to safely use the climbing gear/do rescues and lowering people from height. Also jumped off of their 70 foot jump tower

It was a fun course, but when you trust your equipment you can have some real fun, one part we had to do was learn rope access, so basically just attach a device we called a D4 to our harness, feed the rope through and lower ourselves down.
