Swordfish is great but taste very unique

2019-01-23 04:10:23 UTC

2019-01-23 04:10:35 UTC

they're called prawns, btw

2019-01-23 04:10:38 UTC

Swordfish is great if you want mercury poisoning

2019-01-23 04:10:45 UTC

Worth it if you ask me

2019-01-23 04:10:51 UTC

prawns are the sewage filters of the sea

2019-01-23 04:10:52 UTC

Or any seafood...

2019-01-23 04:11:04 UTC

It’s all got mercury

2019-01-23 04:11:14 UTC

i'm not a big far of that one fish that is getting populat. has a weird name.

2019-01-23 04:11:19 UTC

The bigger and more carnivourus the fish the more mercury smaller fish have significantly less mercury

2019-01-23 04:11:20 UTC

Tilapia?

2019-01-23 04:11:26 UTC

that one yeah

2019-01-23 04:11:34 UTC

Tilapia is the poor mans salmon

2019-01-23 04:11:34 UTC

2019-01-23 04:11:49 UTC

2019-01-23 04:12:08 UTC

Sardines are really good for you but no one wants to eat them

2019-01-23 04:12:16 UTC

^

2019-01-23 04:12:17 UTC

I love sardines tf

2019-01-23 04:12:30 UTC

It’s just they always have so much cholesterol

2019-01-23 04:12:46 UTC

Depends on the tuna

2019-01-23 04:12:47 UTC

@Cosmic i'd eat sardines except for the fucking bones

2019-01-23 04:13:09 UTC

Usually the canned ones are boneless at least in my experience

2019-01-23 04:13:14 UTC

Cholesterol present in food isnt the problem, its saturated fats that raise your LDL Cholesterol levels

2019-01-23 04:13:23 UTC

Ah I see

2019-01-23 04:13:23 UTC

Yeah tuna is wild, the canned stuff is awful.

2019-01-23 04:13:27 UTC

Yellowfin tuna is great

2019-01-23 04:13:41 UTC

It’s sad the only tuna I’ve had is canned

2019-01-23 04:13:42 UTC

Chicken of the sea makes me wanna vomit

2019-01-23 04:13:43 UTC

Any processed tuna is awful. it's mostly mush.

2019-01-23 04:13:52 UTC

@Data Pagan fresh japanese tuna, and DO NOT COOK IT. sashimi style is good, because you keep all the flavour and texture
