The bigger and more carnivourus the fish the more mercury smaller fish have significantly less mercury

Usually the canned ones are boneless at least in my experience

Cholesterol present in food isnt the problem, its saturated fats that raise your LDL Cholesterol levels

How I do the first half. I can some of it every year.

Tuna is like filet. If you cook it all the way through it’s completely ruined.

What about bonito and shrimp from the Gulf of Mexico? Or lake fish?
