i've had beets a few ways and never found a way that i liked em.

I live near a sugar beet processing plant and it smells awful

I made a cranberry sauce with orange zest and orange liquore and it was the best shit

i've had good beet preserve and beet reduction as a garnish on a meal, but never had a mouth of beet anything and thought this is delicious.
