2019-02-03 06:21:23 UTC

2019-02-03 06:21:31 UTC

I liked Brave New World better

2019-02-03 06:21:38 UTC

but both are amazing books.

2019-02-03 06:21:48 UTC

I started rereading Catch-22 recently and I realised I can barely remember any of it

2019-02-03 06:21:52 UTC

I didn't read my copy of 1984, I burned it.

2019-02-03 06:21:55 UTC

What about It could never happen to us?

2019-02-03 06:21:58 UTC

Seemed like the best thing to do.

2019-02-03 06:21:59 UTC

2019-02-03 06:22:00 UTC

2019-02-03 06:23:00 UTC

Ever read dune?

2019-02-03 06:23:09 UTC

We've actually got a copy of Mein Kampf, apparently a rare book now in some editions

2019-02-03 06:23:09 UTC

i burned it

2019-02-03 06:23:15 UTC

I didn't like 451 all that much. seemed too preachy and the characters aren't too well built. still better than many other books around the similar subject.

2019-02-03 06:23:34 UTC

i was just looking at To Kill A Mockingbird on my bookshelf

2019-02-03 06:23:35 UTC

well its a banned book

2019-02-03 06:23:39 UTC

Death of a Salesman, I liked, even though it's more of a choreography.

2019-02-03 06:23:40 UTC

that's a good one @rember

2019-02-03 06:23:46 UTC

@TakeMeToYourDealer you read 1984? His dystopian vision may be more of a reality these days, but Orwell's that ends well.

2019-02-03 06:23:50 UTC

2019-02-03 06:24:02 UTC

Lovecraft is pretty good.
