The economy hasn’t been “fucked” because these jobs aren’t available anymore
If we go by your logic we would still be in living standards of the 1800s
Since it “costs jobs”
@Leo (BillNyeLand) How so. You said the government doesn’t have enough information
So how would they pull of such a task when they don’t have the adequate information
@sɪᴅɪsɴᴏᴛʜᴇʀᴇ The only jobs automation will create is high skill tech jobs
Don’t do the Ben Shapiro thing with car shit
Where the horse and buggy industry died but was replaced by the car industry
When the car industry provided countless manufacturing jobs
Those jobs were replaced by retail jobs
But those were still jobs done by humans
Now human jobs will be replaced by robots
I’m not saying IM going to rise up, I’m saying that it’s likely for workers to rise up (not necessarily a revolution) but there will be a giant populist wave. We’re already starting to see it now with Bernie & Trump
What other jobs will open as labor jobs vanish? Besides computer jobs that involve programming etc

ur lamp is gay
@chad It's true
job automation will create high skill jobs, the market reallocates them
we don't need low skilled jobs because they're inefficient now , Ben Sharpio was right
We don't need horse and carts because we have cars
it's much more efficent
Just addressing him here

"I’m not saying IM going to rise up, I’m saying that it’s likely for workers to rise up (not necessarily a revolution) but there will be a giant populist wave. We’re already starting to see it now with Bernie & Trump"
No we're not
we're not going to see a "workers rising up", if thats the case there will be an anti workers rising up
Easy for you to say
Bet if you were a blue color worker you’d have more sympathy. “Fuck them let them starve in the streets it’s their fault they didn’t major in computer science, we don’t need them”
Anyone was able to get factory jobs. People who worked in the horse and buggy industry just got jobs at the car factory. Now those people have nowhere to go
Strawman
Yeah sure in the future low skilled labor will not be needed, but we still have millions of low skilled labor people
What do you expect we do with them?
Another job
or learn a new course, start a business
What jobs? Programming?
Maths, science, economics, finance etc etc
theres loads others
That counts aswell
It's much more economically efficient to do
