yeah the rest of their food and lifestyle in general not being fucked by ZOG or a need to train for atheletic ability is probably the main reason they live so long

I had a 6 pack and dropped below 10% body fat. And I was FAT before hand. Like 23% body fat
Not sure my carb intake. I ate as much as I wanted and the weight just fell off
I was at like 21% body fat last time I had it measured which was like 2 years ago.
All I did was pull-ups. But I do them everyday anyway
I got up to 35 pull-ups after the weight loss
