my personal experience, as a person practically surrounded by Gen Z,

most dudes will say they are pro-feminism, pro-blm, whatever either because they don't want to take shit for saying otherwise (kids today avoid conflict **a lot** for some reason) or because that's what their school & peers told them and have never done any actual research.

that depends on parts of the world though, i guess. in places like romania, the conservative & libertarian mindsets are still there and people hate socialism in general.

here in germany most kids just don't want to talk about politics much either because they haven't gotten into it or they don't want to start trouble & conflict

i personally wouldn't say they're becoming more liberal as in genuine belief, they just choose to remain ignorant.
