Oh, well the blocking function works. 😋

Just deleted those posts by @japanese man#6989 I'll ban him if he keeps it up

@Silver_The_Bard Thanks a lot, that's a really good read with some points that really hit home.

2018-11-22 17:25:46 UTC

@Silver_The_Bard Thank you for the article, it was quite revealing , now let me just say couple of things, first the way you can fix the logistics issue can be through crowdfunding for Ads so more men know that they aren't alone thus getting more support for the group, second and this is based on my limited knowledge of how identity politics collapsed through history I see that you have two ways to go either continue to resist in a direct way like you do now , or help to push the radical left/feminism/LGBT ideas , this kind of politics always felt because of the principle of explosion (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Principle_of_explosion) in simple words if their was no more legal categorization of sex/gender the biggest beneficiary would be men because women are seen as a protected class , and this idea of removing sex/gender from the legal documents it extremely welcomed by the radical LGBT which made it harder for the feminists to go against (exemple : GRA reform) . I wish you all justice and best of luck 😉

@AnObserver Thanks a lot. Some really interesting ideas. We should take this to the wider Reddit and see if we can set something up.

2018-11-22 17:34:08 UTC

I don't think we can get involved with feminism directly - it's very anti male. But I'm sure we are all happy to ally with any who are willing to help us.

2018-11-22 17:46:46 UTC

@AnObserver Cool Theory. I thought those were the only two options myself for a time.
You could compare the Men’s Rights Movement to the Civil Rights movement in the 1960’s. A group devoted to changing society, by using the already established rules of civility.

But there have been a rise of two other groups that have puzzled me.

2018-11-22 17:48:24 UTC

Incel is probably best compared to the Black Panthers of the same time era. A group fuel by hate that wants change BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY.

2018-11-22 17:49:15 UTC

But now we also have MGTOW, a group also fueld by hate…. But choose inactivity vs activism.

2018-11-22 17:50:07 UTC

no not with feminists but with the LGBT/Gender neutral groups, Ok let make a simple model to explain how the left works, the left is a group that have several subgroups within , there rules are simple no subgroup can criticize the other that why they call them selves as "the tolerant left", their major weakness or the logical fallacy is that they have different values , in other words you just need to support (not necessary to involve) the subgroup that values aligns with your interests (example of explosion : feminists want women to be always looked to as victims/class but LGBTs what to be able to change your gender just by saying so, which collide with the victim-hood class however a subgroup can't speak against the other because of the "tolerant rule", and here where the system crash) , so you don't need to get involved with feminists just support and express your support for the LGBT cause and I'm sure even the media will even support you .

2018-11-22 17:50:13 UTC

They choose to systematically remove women from their lives. No fighting. No resistance. Just ignore them.

2018-11-22 17:51:37 UTC

@AnObserver Good observation!

2018-11-22 17:52:18 UTC

I had discussed with my peer group a year back for viable ways to tackle the problem. We came up with a similar approach.

2018-11-22 17:54:21 UTC

@AnObserver Oh, I see. Thanks, that's a much better plan. Working with the lgtb is a natural fit for us as the rights of gay and bi men are men's rights. In fact, you could argue that they are the first and most successful men's rights activists - though they also campaign for lesbians and so on.

2018-11-22 17:55:26 UTC

I might get shot down by some for saying that, I admit.

2018-11-22 17:55:46 UTC

@Silver_The_Bard Thanks! @Men Are Human that my point exactly because no subgroup nor media dares to criticize them considering that they're a protected class/subgroup of the left

2018-11-22 17:57:18 UTC

I do like the idea. I should probably move forward with my planned article about the experiences of transgender community members. Having seen both sides of the gender divide they have some unique perspective on the subject.

2018-11-22 18:05:49 UTC

Your articles and support would have much more impact because it's unusual unlike sjws that most people developed a habit of ignoring them, and approach the media because they'll love to think that what is considered as a potential threat to their ideals is giving in and joining the tribes , after all in the BBC letter they did propose a link for suggestions (http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/have_your_say), and one more thing keep a close eye on those asking for a gender neutral society they're Men's best friend 😉

2018-11-22 18:11:18 UTC

I had chosen to take the long-term approach to the same subject. My skills are in story telling and world creation. So I wrote a novel that started to blend those same concepts into an action packed thriller.

You would not believe how many red flags my editor tossed at my manuscript because they were “too
political”. And my work is young adult! There is no sex and very little violence. Everything flagged was because it portrayed men or women in roles/actions that are not typical.

2018-11-22 18:13:02 UTC

@AnObserver Do you work for a school? Or school project?

2018-11-22 18:14:50 UTC

School project for ENSAE ParisTech at France

2018-11-22 18:18:10 UTC

@Silver_The_Bard You should tell them that controversy sells. ;) If they blockade you, you can always self publish. I'm sure you will find lots of beta readers on here as well if you'd like some feedback.

2018-11-22 18:19:24 UTC

University of Central Florida here myself. Nice to meet another academic who is interested. 😋

2018-11-22 18:20:36 UTC

@Silver_The_Bard Thank you, nice to meet you too 😄

2018-11-22 18:21:04 UTC

@Men Are Human Thank you! I would love some new perspectives on the controversial subjects in the book.

2018-11-22 18:23:05 UTC

@Silver_The_Bard do you have any books on amazon I can check ?

2018-11-22 18:23:59 UTC

It's the editors release. I wanted a version that was unedited for myself before the launch in march.

2018-11-22 18:24:36 UTC

But I'll post a google doc link for everyone if you would like to read it and not buy it.

2018-11-22 18:28:24 UTC

2018-11-22 18:28:55 UTC

Heh. Google drive tossed around the format. But It's still readable.

2018-11-22 18:30:30 UTC

It has an associated blog too: https://corgiknight.blog/

2018-11-22 18:30:51 UTC

Previews of the art that will be released with it.

2018-11-22 18:31:19 UTC

@Silver_The_Bard Thank you, that's very nice of you, I'd just want to point out to something you mentioned earlier MGTOW, I've navigated through their content too, I'd agree that hatred is dominating their atmosphere However I can understand (not agree) how they feel, for years society kept demonizing them and telling them what they're good for and not, so it's a very predictable reaction , the good critic to be given to them is that they chose to get out of the system, probably best for all because their feelings will negatively impact the picture of groups like yours in the eyes of the public .

2018-11-22 18:31:30 UTC

@Men Are Human "In fact, you could argue that they [LGBT] are the first and most successful men's rights activists" Wikipedia lists Earnest Belfort Bax as an MRA, I think that predates LGBT activism

2018-11-22 18:32:33 UTC

2018-11-22 18:33:15 UTC

@AnObserver I feel the exact same way. I try not to demonize any of them. Even feminism.

2018-11-22 18:34:08 UTC

I feel that ANY idea stretched to an extreme can be wrong. Most groups like Incel and feminism have just taken the idea a bit too far.
