While I can definetly see how a victim may feel hopeless when people don't believe them, I think it is nevertheless important to mantain the value of "innocent until proven guilty". If our government can punish us without evidence of wrongdoing, what stops them from doing this everywhere else?

Not to mention how, on the opposite side of the story, where someone has been falsely accused, having your life ruined and being put in jail by a liar is a very traumatizing experience.

I put up a red marker for them and said, "stand on red, move when he charges, and step on all grubs", they stood on red, didn't move for charge and then let all the grubs spawn, was very productive xD

The grubs grow into a stronger thing if you don't stamp them?

yeah, they turn into blood ticks, and there are a lot of them, so they don't do much if only a couple spawn but we where getting most of them spawning xD
