I think that reaching a second USSR will be very difficult, but must be done. Not sure how though. Where in the world could a regional bloc emerge that would be viable enough to go for this? Not really certain at all. Its certainly not viable in the old republics of the Union where, although nostalgia is strong, means of toppling the elites aren't there. And anything within the sphere of NATO or China isn't gonna work either, so it seems pretty fucked all things considered.

the correlation of all socialist nations has always been they've been recently feudalistic societies with a huge peasant population @Xinyue Currently I don't know of any country like this, the world is now fully globalised and all nations have transitioned from Feudalism to Capitalism, nations that recently were feudalistic and were still transitioning had the opportunity to become socialist, the 20th century was your chance, it was destroyed by Liberalism just like Liberalism and Socialism destroyed Nationalism. There are no more opportunities, you need to find another alternative that still fits your ideology
