Also, you have race groups X, Y and Z, right. Lets assume all of them live in close proximity to one another, forming countries each. Each has population of, say, 100,000 members.

On the border regions of X and Y, the populations are going to resemble each other more than they are going to resemble the people at the opposite ends of the border regions. In this sense, races are just aggregates which form a continuous flow of the human species itself. What would define race groups would depend very much on where you would look, what sub-segment you would pick as your point of reference. The whole thing is pointless to rally around when it comes to politics or ideology.
