Thats odd. Its true that most Soviet philosophy is behind the Russian language wall, even today, but like large chunks of Soviet philosophy, economics, political theory etc. has been translated to English, to a point that you can read the documents of each Congress of CPSU, major psychological, philosophical etc. treatises. You would think that Fascism would attain similar attention, not the same necessarily because Fascism ended up being more of a sidenote than a dominating facet of 20th century, but it was still impetus of much of what we see in past century.
