@Dylan I'm not really an expert on this but it looks easily observable, we already know certain disorders can cause people to be more violent and impulsive https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brunner_syndrome as well as resulting in lower than average iq, and blacks tend to have those traits, wherever they go, wherever they are, with exceptions of course, but they are exceptions
