2018-12-29 01:00:17 UTC

ive seen it so many times: oh now i see ur trolling" is not an argument

2018-12-29 01:00:20 UTC

War can be justified if you are freeing the people of a tyrannical country a.k.a nazi Germany

2018-12-29 01:00:31 UTC

Christian dogma literally asks for unquestioning faith in God, and if you lack this, you face eternal damnation.

Not the basis of scientific thought.

2018-12-29 01:00:32 UTC

Anything that violates human rights

2018-12-29 01:00:40 UTC

International law

2018-12-29 01:00:51 UTC

Funny that you would reference Plato, who of course was no Christian

2018-12-29 01:00:59 UTC

Like going to war with North Korea would be justifiable

2018-12-29 01:01:10 UTC

this is the reason why I know you are trolling Crow

2018-12-29 01:01:14 UTC

@Xinyue Faith in scientific theories until proven otherwise is literally based in neo-platonist christian thought

2018-12-29 01:01:27 UTC

What

2018-12-29 01:01:33 UTC

its literally secular sola fide

2018-12-29 01:01:51 UTC

This theory must be true in every sense period until proven otherwise

2018-12-29 01:02:00 UTC

Out of Africa theory for example

2018-12-29 01:02:06 UTC

used for years in textbooks

2018-12-29 01:02:06 UTC

This is not based in Christian thinking. Christianity demands faith in the *unproven*

2018-12-29 01:02:14 UTC

The entire argument by atheists shouting that religion is anti-science is so obliterated by now, I don't even feel like doing it

2018-12-29 01:02:23 UTC

Christianity is categorically an unempirical religion

2018-12-29 01:02:34 UTC

Cadavers are found and dated earlier than african ones outside of africa

2018-12-29 01:02:39 UTC

boom out of africa theory gone

2018-12-29 01:03:04 UTC

CrowGoCaw are you some creationist?

2018-12-29 01:03:10 UTC

No

2018-12-29 01:03:15 UTC

Thank God.

2018-12-29 01:03:16 UTC

You know as well as I do that Abrahamic religions, or most religions *in general,* do not entertain empirical study of the world and *faith on basis of evidence* as the standard for *faith in X, Y or Z*

2018-12-29 01:03:41 UTC

implying that humans can even be empirical is a sign you're irrational

2018-12-29 01:03:46 UTC

this is pure retardation on your part, perhaps the most desperate and pathetic defense of Christianity yet seen by me

2018-12-29 01:04:03 UTC

have you like read the Bible from beginning to the end?

2018-12-29 01:04:08 UTC

i have

2018-12-29 01:04:09 UTC

I have

2018-12-29 01:04:16 UTC

but I forgot most of it

2018-12-29 01:04:19 UTC

@The Big Oof your thoughts on this, o Peronian?

2018-12-29 01:04:39 UTC

ching chong, u need this book

2018-12-29 01:06:03 UTC

personally, i couldn't care less if god was real or not its of no importance to me as a mortal. my issue is your extreme faith in things that are just as valid as ghost stories

2018-12-29 01:06:17 UTC

If we accept Christianity to emerge from the Bible primarily, it most certainly isn't so. Now, what a bunch of Catholics and other church fathers cooked up knowing that the plebs can't read the book anyway to confirm whether or not their inventions correlate with the foundational text, doesn't matter.

Sure, from the *institutions* new thought arose, but the institutions are not Bible. And, the break away from Bible that was represented by some of the pioneering monks and such only work to testify against the ridiculousness of the big book itself.
