Tbh it is not an issue if a person is gay or not (at least not in the context of the point I am about to make and snake made) what matters is the precentages . If it leads to a more blanced society if gays don't vote then I don't see an issue with it... it isn't an immanent human right to be able to cast a vote into a voting booth.
