@Maga gal, well I’m truly humbled and thankful that my story moved you. And I agree about the irony of it taking me to believe that Satan is indeed real and worshipped by the powerful to make me believe in and love Jesus and our Father in Heaven with all my heart and soul. I’ve been praying every day now. It’s kind of funny because I’ve been worried that I’m not doing it right, so Ive been reading up on how to pray the right way. I’m still in prayer 101 and have a lot to learn. But most important, my intentions are pure and I ask God every day to help me cleanse my soul and to be the best person I can be. The person He intended me to be.

And of course I ask God to help all those in sadness and despair and to save our children and all the victims of this wickedness.

Prayers just need to come from your heart. I used to think I wasn’t doing it right too. God knows your heart. And I am so happy your heart is opened! It is kind of ironic, to believe when seeing so much evil, but it makes sense too. Bless you!! 🙏🏻❤️

I used to be sort of selfish I guess with my prayers. The past few months I have widened my prayers Worldwide with all I know is going on. It’s hard because in a class of mine they ask for any prayer requests at beginning of class (I go to a Christian college) and I want to say so much, but don’t think I can.

@General Peaches @Maga gal is right. Just from your heart. You're talking to your best friend who knows you better than you do so you can't mess up. I forget names but He knows all names. I have a fear when I pray but it is a good kind and I have been a believer in Jesus since 1988. Actually I have learned to talk to Him all thru the day when I am not talking to others. One day at a time.

@General Peaches I used to imagine myself crawling onto my daddy's lap when I first started reading the Bible as an adult. He would show me things, words would just pop out at me. He knows your heart and wants more than anything to talk with you. @Maga gal Perhaps you can pray about eyes being opened, sensitivity to the Holy Spirit, discernment, wisdom, protection., maybe key words that won't be too alarming. See if you can include Exodus 34:19 from the KJV .The word "matrix" is used instead of womb. That might startle them just enough to get them paying attention. Being on here has helped me to find my voice and be a little braver one little step at a time. You can do this!

@General Peaches I’ve been saying the same thing to myself. Some are aware of human trafficking (big problem in our state). Maybe I’ll start there.

Special prayers for Dustin, his wife and baby daughter. Mom and baby stable now, but mom lost a lot of blood and had to be airlifted over two hours away.

Please Lord put your healing touch on Dustin's wife and help her gather strength after this ordeal. Father please also protect baby daughter from any complications. Hold Dustin's hand while going through this thrilling but scary time, Please allow joy for this family as only the birth of a new child can bring. In Jesus name we pray, Amen.

I Hope this isn't inappropriate for this room. It has been a very long evening. Our nephew along with another person were shot at work at UAB Hospital in Birmingham, AL. The shooter then shot himself. Unfortunately, the other victim died of their wounds. My request is for prayers for Tim, he received three gunshots to the chest. He made it through the first surgery, is stable and in ICU. There may be more surgery tonight depending on how he does. For those so inclined, please pray. If this request isn't allowed please feel free to delete. Thank you all.

@modsquad The news is much better today. He is in ICU, has gone through a second surgery. Tim is young, healthy and is still hanging in there. He was attempting to protect the female nurse that passed away. Thank you all for your prayers, I will update occasionally as he progresses.
