Meat to perogie ratio should be generous

2020-01-23 01:51:07 UTC

(This is not all the perogies. I'm cooking for friends coming over and I have most of them in the oven)

2020-01-23 01:53:52 UTC

For the perogies in the pan with the sausages, I'm going to throw in half a tablespoon of minced garlic preserved in soybean oil, a tablespoon of butter, and a tablespoon of olive oil, although I'd rather use canola, but I don't have any on hand. I'm going to cook that on low-medium heat, then once it's browned, I'm throwing in 1/2 cup water, and putting a lid on.

You also want to be careful watching the butter, garlic, and oil, because it's super easy to burn.
