There are both pros and cons to both
But you will run into issues with full body training since you don't give certain muscles enough time to recover
For example, imagine doing deadlifts or squats 5 days a week
You'd be fucking exhausted
I used to do full body workouts but I've leaned more towards isolated muscle groups
I'll typically set up a split, like upper body split, arms/back split, chest/core split
But the main con of doing full body is basically recovery and endurance issues
You burn out a lot easier in the beginning of a full body regime
But as time goes on your endurance gets better
