Can anyone in here research the announcement of Broadcom purchase of Qualcomm? The purchase is being blocked by POTUS and it says it's a hostile takeover by a foreign entity?? As far as I know, Broadcom is an American based (and founded) company, however their CEO since 2006 is Hock Tan? Maybe there's more to this story - a possible foreign agent posing in American post to facilitate a merger to then be later taken over by a foreign entity?
