Regarding the spending bill, there was a video post from somewhere around week ago that a congressman(?) was talking about two parts of gun control that would be inserted into the spending bill; one couldn't/shouldn't happen without the other. He was imploring people to talk to their representative about keeping it out. He was a republican, brown hair, glasses, medium build. ...

Looking thru your list of congressmen, the closest matches I could find appearance-wise are: Thomas Massey, Doug Collins, Patrick McHenry. It was thrown out into a different discussion and was not addressed at the time The first part was a a short 4 letter acronym...
