So what happens, hypothetically, if one doesn't comply with the subpoena. Didn't that happen over the summer where people were subpoena'd to testify to Congress and someone (can't remember who because my memory SUCKS) completely ignored it?

Don’t know on BOOM, but I think the nuggets and 6 months plus funding for Military in Omnibus is one boom. Cabal could be taken out in that time, and I sure want our soldiers paid while fighting Cabal. New B tweeted what I think is the other one, Trump talking about “mirror” import duties as another BOOM. All this talk about the Federal Budget. That in some way President Trump was forced to sign. It really is only half true and actually the President agreed to quickly on the bill. Which if you where dealing with an intellectually evil crowd in the swamp. They would a bit concerned why he did not veto this Omnibus Bill. But instead these agenda driven nut bags, I am sure are losing a little sleep now that the bill was signed. You see they where expecting for him to veto it. Which is exactly what President Trump tweeted the same night they pushed through the House. AS always all their little parroting talking heads could not wait to publish the story. https://www.npr.org/…/president-trump-considering-a-veto-on… So that the government would again go into a shut down mode, which then raises the debt ceiling and they could blame the President for not funding the government again. The beauty of the bill being Omnibus and not a regular Physical Budget Bill. I will quot Blacks Law Dictionary (Every ratification relates back and is equivalent to a prior authority.Every rule is liable to its own exceptions.) U.S. Legal Dictionary (An "all or nothing" tactic is involved in presenting an omnibus bill in the legislature.) They where tricked again, in one way showing their true colors of both sides of the deep state swamp RINOS, and especially the Democrats.The other was that the bill included the $800 billion for National security. The President has final say on every allocated dollar because it is an Omnibus Bill. Presidents can use their INFLUENCE over any items that have been appropriated, depending on the agencies involved. Obama used his to influence spending in agencies that were advancing his agenda.
