Esmaeil Najafi Aghdam look a lot like Ismail Aghdam if I do say so myself.. It was published in 1998. (Sahand University of Technology, Iran) (also note we had 4g technologies in 1998)
@SnackPack I looked at the photo with the clock and, although it is close, the minute hand on the clock is before the 2. IMHO the time is more like 9:08 or 9:09.
