u only need a few ppl in congress or senate to ask pres to more a non elected official
those few ppl have to send it in a form letter requesting the person to be remove...they can't ask over voice or video..it has to be an official request
official request can be used to auth an eo as well
so even sc can't touch it
well..sc can touch it..but a federal judge alone can't touch it
these are the checks and balances that differ us from a dictatorship and a republic
eo without a req from congress or senate, is a dictatorship like behavior
and any federal judge can over rule it
but, if it's requested by members of congress(with or without vote on it) in an official form letter of request. then an eo can be signed and pushed for that request without interuption from the lonely federal judge that tries to block it...only a full congressional and sentate vote and or scotus can override that eo as being illegal in nature
this is what happens when u take civics in school...long before the dept of education was formed
the dept of education was formed in 1980...during a dem controlled gov
at that point, the first thing they did was remove civics from schools
