The breads are numbered accordingly. As lons as you go to 8ch.net/qresearch you simply have to scroll down until you see the Q research Bread, if its a higher number than the previous and the date/time is the latest, then you know its the newest.

@svizzy No proof I am aware of. They do not allow anyone to test anything or say anything against the German claim about what happened. It is illegal to question them and yes if you do they imprison you. There is no real freedom of speech in Germany or in America. They just handle it differently in America.
