Mike Adams though knowledeable pushed the same war talk with North Korea, with Syria (more than once), with Russia (More than once)
Most of these truthers push the SAME information as the next guy without any real evidence behind it, then it doesn't happen and they get quiet. Then tensions pick up again and they go back into it.
I think people have to be aware of it, but when emotions get involved reason and logic go out the window and name calling and demonizing increases. The important thing to see is that most people want the same thing. The more rhetoric there is the harder it will be to find common ground.
People get lumped into the same category; all democrats are bad, all republicans are good without thinking that there is a spectrum of values, beliefs and behaviours in both camps. There are just as many Republican politicians who have resigned as democrats.
