Vox delivers if it is books or comics. I haven't done anything with Unauthorized, but I imagine it's messy. It's a third-party project and subject to all the problems that traditional streaming systems have.
He marketed it as a Youtube alternative, but it turns out he just links to videos he re uploads to Vimeo. He also promised streaming a year ago and still hasn't delivered to the point of banning people who ask.
@Deleted User Incorrect, it is its own platform based on uscreen (https://www.uscreen.tv/). They have streaming, but the bandwidth costs are already high on just VOD so he doesn't want to enable it.

The Uscreen usage was in all the web pages when it first launched. They've scrubbed them, but there's still Uscreen code references in the HTML,

That's where you would start in a legit suit, sue "John Doe" and subpoena police call records, telephone provider records, etc.
They did mess with RotC for awhile. Davey Crocko started talking to people who were defecting from Owen and Vox, and he just relayed what they told him about some of the strange and cult like behavior they would engage in. So now they are panicking and trying to attack him.
Considering Owen turned gummy dicks into people trying to poison his children, I wouldn't be shocked if he was pulled over and given a warning for a busted taillight and that turned into, "GUYS! I WAS TOTALLY SWATTED!!"

@Deleted User Confirmed it. It's using Akamai's CDN, but there's Vimeo fingerprints all over it. The preview is coming from vimeocdn.com and the video chunks have a -vimeo suffix on the Akamai CDN subdomain. The player JS is Plyr, but the video itself is streamed from Vimeo.
They've removed any Vimeo references from the code that the above video referenced, but didn't change the streaming source.
Owen wasn't swatted, he was visited by the local Sherif for sperging while making death threats on stream. Vox exaggerated the story to discredit the people exposing him and Owen.

He admits to using Vimeo in DS 551. I think they're using it to avoid bandwidth costs, which are fairly large unless you use WebTorrent like BitChute or PeerTube.
