Rome was what was Babylon and is more or less the same, changes just there to deceive the people. There are thirteen bloodlines we are told. Most likely we do not really know who is at the top and in control.
The best way we can help is to pray for help from God. Ultimately God is in control of them. They receive communication from God in someway and are restricted in how evil they can be to us. They need to get us to be evil first to do many evil things they desire to do.
I am not saying I know how this all works. This is just my best guess. No one can really know. Even the top of these people does not really know. Only God really knows.

@Steve Angell so many lies over centuries.. it’s impossible to know the truth .. Global Witness has very interesting historical info and comes from the God aspect
@Saschak they use the laser pointers to show all the people where the ships are in sky .. but also sometimes the ships will power up when the laser is on them. .. it’s really fun. I spent seven days there
@hitchhiker Indeed Global Witness is quite good. I have been researching this full time, as I am retired, for five years now. It is amazing how many huge rocks are found made into huge blocks we could not do today and never would anyway. They are on the bottom so evidently older than anything else. Then the Greek Clock that is so advanced it would be difficult to make now made 2100 years ago. I do not buy we are more advanced than anyone back in history.

@hitchhiker i´m spotting an UFO here in my area over a Power Plant, i thougt they recharge there, i´t always in the same time in the evening. Looks like they came every evening here

@Saschak I went to Eceti ranch for a seminar to see a bunch of speakers I was interested in .. I really knew nothing about the place before I went .. all the ufo’s flying around were just a unexpected bonus

I saw a video about a woman who could make UFO's with witchcraft. These balls of light were common in WW2 over Germany. Hitler is said to have done all he could to find out about the occult and what could be done with it. To find out about how these craft flew with anti gravity in the past.
My belief is they are a combination. Some are just magically produced others are classified and real. Seems to me all forms of magic have been heavily hidden from us. It all just vanished from history. Now most magic is just tricks. They make out that none of it is real. I personally do not believe that.
I also believe the governments worldwide do all they can to cover up everything that might point to God being real The Bible says the Sun was in charge of the daytime. So seems possible to me that angels go to the sun and are sometimes seen. Possibly why the Catholic Church built the Lucifer Telescope. Personally I believe the earth is flat. Regardless we all believe in the sun. This works regardless.

As to the power plant. I find it more likely these ships are providing power than taking it. I have a degree in Electrical Engineering. No one could explain why power lines are held up by these strangely shaped hangers. Power Stations make no real sense from what I was taught. Most likely Tesla is understood by them and power comes from the air more than power plants. Power usage supposedly rose by nearly 8% last year. I see this as smart meters stealing from us. Smart for the power companies to steal from us. I know of no one using more power. Everyone I know tries to use less. With LED bulbs and such power usage should have gone down.
