@Mary Poppins - I would say better than most... a lot of data to parse. I have to think there are probably quite a few Oil Tankers parked off of the coast there... definitely worth additional digs. Soth America has always been a hot bed for socialism... zee Germans and Bankers were breaking ground there well before WW2.
