about the communist gov in china...it's leader is elected by the party members of each province

a true balanced communist gov only works if the nation supports itself first, basically becomes nationalistic.

and have a stable infrastructure of internal sources of materials and food/water and medical without requiring any external source of materials/food/medical for it's structure...it's based upon the commune system where the community supports itself without external trade

china had to go capitalistic because it couldn't support itself internally via true communism
