i know this from personal experience

2018-10-09 02:39:49 UTC

i smoke, i noticed when i drank the green tea, i noticed less of the effect of smoking on my body and tended to smoke more. but as i stopped drinking the tea...and it's effect on my body wore off, i felt the full effect of all that over smoking to counter the effect of the tea...i got hit with a full toxin overload feeling

2018-10-09 02:41:00 UTC

i gave up on green tea after i tried a experiment of it's effects and confirmed my findings from that both experiences

2018-10-09 02:41:48 UTC

i used to like green tea...but after discovering it lies to u, doesn't purge toxins, it just hides the fact that ur still got toxins in u til u stop drinking the tea

2018-10-09 02:42:40 UTC

if u don't believe me, find out what makes u feel like u have too much toxins in ur body.

2018-10-09 02:44:06 UTC

then try the green tea all day...and notice the reduction of the toxin feel in ur body, then increase that toxin in ur body, then notice the flavor change to the tea, if that doesn't convince u, stop drinking the tea...drink pure water for rest of the day...u'll feel ill soon as the tea effect wears off

2018-10-09 02:44:35 UTC

also only do this while not doing exercing or hard work...

2018-10-09 02:45:28 UTC

exercise and hard work that makes u sweat, skeews the results because that movement helps to flush out ur lymphatic system and make u sweat out the toxins

2018-10-09 02:46:50 UTC

green tea has a lot of benefits to it, caffeine itself is actually unhealthy.

2018-10-09 02:46:57 UTC

but I do not use it for detox

2018-10-09 02:47:34 UTC

well use it sparingly

2018-10-09 02:47:43 UTC

its a small portion of my 'nemos blend' tea

2018-10-09 02:47:48 UTC

you watched that video huh?

2018-10-09 02:47:54 UTC

parts of it

2018-10-09 02:48:06 UTC

thats a LOT of supplements lol

2018-10-09 02:48:06 UTC

i normally hit the short vids first, then the long ones

2018-10-09 02:49:00 UTC

btw, i switched my sweetener finally in my hot choco...a shipment came in

2018-10-09 02:49:14 UTC

honey crop was harvested

2018-10-09 02:49:50 UTC

u get my memo on chocolate

2018-10-09 02:50:27 UTC

not yet

2018-10-09 02:50:29 UTC

when did you sendit?

2018-10-09 02:50:36 UTC

and where

2018-10-09 02:50:44 UTC

i get a lot of inflow

2018-10-09 03:06:44 UTC

i think last month, u did a clip on chocolate nibs

2018-10-09 03:07:16 UTC

i enlightened u on the fact about chocolate..it's not naturally redish brown

2018-10-09 03:07:52 UTC

and theres 3 species of chocolate

2018-10-09 03:08:05 UTC

the natural color of the beans is whitish

2018-10-09 03:08:28 UTC

they ferment them then they roast them to get that redish brown color

2018-10-09 03:08:59 UTC

then after thats done, they go thru some processes depending on their need from the chocolate

2018-10-09 03:09:20 UTC

if they want 'pure' they use the whole bean in their needs

2018-10-09 03:09:44 UTC

if they want powder and butter, then they process it one of a few ways,

2018-10-09 03:10:38 UTC

grind and boil to separate the butter, then squeeze out the water in the bean to get the material to dry into powder

2018-10-09 03:11:23 UTC

they cool down the oily butter by letting it stand while the water settles to the bottom and the buttery lard settles on top

2018-10-09 03:12:07 UTC

another option is to squeeze the whole bean to separate the water and butter out of the beans

@Dustin Nemos I did a research paper on caffeine consumption and it’s actually not unhealthy. It’s the sugar and other stuff we add that makes it unhealthy. Otherwise 32ounces a day was only shown to increase mental focus

2018-10-09 03:22:54 UTC

@Dustin Nemos Coffee has a lot of antioxidants, but these are lost when the coffee is allowed to steep for hours as in a coffee pot. It should be drunk freshly brewed.

https://pbs.twimg.com/media/DpB8TLaUcAAMKoS.jpg is this legit? anyone out there know how to test this? sounds like a cheap test. Jordan sather shared it

2018-10-09 03:24:59 UTC

Luke as I understand it caffeine deprives your bones of minerals and of course at the rate most use it, leads to adrenal exhaustion (which we all notice if we use it and then fast from ti for a bit) but then so does cacao or any stimulant

2018-10-09 03:26:31 UTC

oh @sirwoof yeah, I am actually trying the fresh whole (white) beans soon

There's an excellent way we can get the Constitution to be enforced again but people have to get involved. There's an excellent way to do it. If you join Nationallibertyalliance.org

They have weekly conference calls and offer free courese on the constitution and so much more. They have indictments that are on a high level right now. Please check them out

what indictments?
