HOWEVER, even worse are the new cars with Chinese parts that can be taken over by the Deep State. A CHP officer was killed in San Diego while driving a Lexus loaner. The computer went full throttle overriding all control functions of the transmission, engine, and brakes. That could have been a hack job.

Replacement parts for autos ... most come from China. People who deal with car parts are fed up and are going out of business. I cannot get any more parts made in the USA. The crap coming from China is worthless. Worse, you cannot return those parts. Once opened, toss it away. Lately, I have been making my own parts. Labor intensive, but it's the only way to keep my cars and trucks operational.

I refuse to buy a new car with all computer components made in China.
