when ppl or org's stockpile materials and they're not using it at any time during a few weeks to a month or so after the stockpile, u know something will happen on the market to change the price to something much higher so they can profit off it

when the market for such products soured in when they had a vast stockpile and had evidence of both market tampering and not selling such materials prior to the fix being activated

Obama wasn't President until 2008 though, Bush Jr caused the market collapse, and Bill Clinton caused the housing market bubble to pop after he was gone. And those tax cuts that congress passed under President Trump... most of it went to rich corporations and the top 1%, the only reason the stock market jumped up around that time was because of stock buy backs, those same wealthy corporations used a lot of that tax cut money to buy back their own stocks.
