@Maga gal Washington is 100% mail in ballots, they are verified by the signature on file, no ID on an annual basis. I don't know if they require ID now to register. Washington has a blue streak up the I-5 corridoor through the Olympia, Tacoma, Seattle, Everett, etc. population centers. The remaining (most of the square miles) rural portions of the state are red.
