@Riggy17 (UK) I do NOT own a mobile phone

he lights up in voice chat when he presses the push to talk button

sound has often been proiblematic in discord

but for some odd reason no sound coming from his connection

normally the mic works but it has some static with it

may or may not be the mic/discord

may be the pc or it's connection jack for the mic

my mic has 2 plugs for the connection ...1 is usb, it's for amp control and auto detect pnp...but it's not for sound, i have to use other plug/s for mic/headset

There is a way you can use it without headset is there not ? Like on phone you don’t need any

check if ur make/model shows up in the discord settings....almost every time they do an update, it resets the mic detection
