My understanding, and I am not an expert, is that all the objections they raise ONLY apply if Trump was trying name him AG. That must go through confirmation and all the hoops. The key word is "ACTING." Trump can name pretty much ANYONE and they can be ACTING AG for 210 days. Please do NOT treat that like absolute fact, I am pretty sure that is right but legaleeze is not my native language.
