I think they mean liquidate your fiat now for BTC since fiat will be soon worth nothing, whereas BTC will hold value and grow in value and be a decentralized alternative to the current monetary/central bank system. It's also possible this whole Bitcoin thing (created by Greenspan?) was one big social experiment and was designed to collapse to herald in a "beast coin" from the central banks...
