yup, a dutch police woman once had the idea too speak out.. she got send to a psychologist and got declared crazy. Turns out her chief officer had made a deal with the psych before .. lost her job and pension got putt in a mental hospital lost her family and friends and nobody believed her.
she is still fighting to get her life back.

friend got nailed on the city legal age when he was going to get married to a 17yr old, they were both residents of the state, not the city..but they wanted to get married in the city
