btw, most of the judges that blocked the eo's ....were making judgements outside of their sub district but still in the 9th circuit

the judges are assigned to a zone within each circuit district

they can only make judgements within their zones

not as a circuit whole

unless requested by the appointment process to redirect their judgements to a new zone

so those 3 judges ...where actually violating that

even tho the eo effected their primary district, but not their zone of control

their primary district is the circuit they operate in

ok, if a judge passes sentence on something on the border in the 9th circuit ......it has to be filed with the 9th circuit court of appeals(no evidence of that in the eo blocking), those judges that objected operated out of their legal authority for not actually having a case to object to without the proper appeals process in effect
