don't want to get into much of it tonight, but i've seen lights moving in the sky weirdly being chased off by jets in formation a few times throughout my life. I live along what's supposed to be considered a hot area.

Got some of my own regarding spirits but no ufo stuff

Usually shadow people appearing walking out of a hallway(only once tho) women in dreams fugging and groping me in dreams for a few days some red skinned with extra arms with big boobs in them.

Touches on my feet too occasionally

only thing i might classify as a 'spirit' was, idk, it was weird, i've heard someone mention it once before being associated with decay, but not really in the context of a ghost or anything like that. more of a creature. I was in an old run down camper trailer that had been parked for decades. From the shadows i swore there were all of these little worm like creatures dripping out of them all over everything, and they'd sort of just be absorbed by whatever they landed on.

Eeeww ,but yea ppl did tell me that I had a few female spirits around me so. Also remembered chasing a charred human with red glowing eyes with a broken bottle in a dream....good times.

i'm not convinced by much i see while asleep, or when people talk about sleep paralysis.

but even a lot of sensory stuff I will doubt sometimes. like if you don't know what you're looking at, or it's more common with hearing, your brain will start to take guesses as to what it thinks it's hearing, and when it's in that state you can start telling it what to guess: and you'll actually hear/see that

it's something you can setup to be repeatable too

it's just a matter of obscuring the source stimulus enough to force your brain to not recognize it, but for it to be somewhat familiar

because our eyes and ears are really just sensors that feed information into our brains where it's assembled into what we think is reality

Yea I do feel our brain can fuck with us when it comes to spirit stuff but I feel ya on the sensor shit

yeah, it gets fuzzy, too fuzzy for me to lean on it confidently, like, it's possible that a spirit can influence something but then because of how our brain guesses at shit: you not really being sure what was going on

but in those kinds of situations where you really can't be determinate: i find it best just to ignore it.

that said, I do believe in some sort of spirit

i think that's what we are, and the the body is just a vessel

that we interface with through the nervous system

I understand usually I get knee deep into the spirit stuff but just keep it closed to prevent embarrassing myself.

i ignore just about anything authors or ghost hunters or religious types have to say

Yea tbh the mainstream religions(except some aspects of Buddhism perhaps),and ghost hunters are just kinda not fulfilling of oneself cause they make you want to "pray" your problems away instead of fixing yourself and facing it or don't question about spirits or yee goin to the naughty brimestone dungeon. Meanwhile ghost hunters tend to use just cameras and recorders n shit but only get miniscule shit from it.
