NZ just had crisis simulation March 5-6:
Last week, the world's first crisis simulation event, CrisisX: The Readiness Conference, took place in Auckland, drawing an audience of over 120 leaders from New Zealand's business community. Hosted by Drum, the newly launched content and experiences agency that is part of PHD Group New Zealand, the two-day event challenged organisations' current levels of preparation for crises through a series of creative-led simulations.
Says Dallas Gurney, CrisisX director and Drum's managing director: "The first edition of CrisisX has been a resounding success, with delegates telling us how the simulation has been an eye-opener for them and a catalyst in getting them to re-examine their current strategies for crisis management."
"The consistent theme that emerged from all the speaker sessions was the importance of authenticity, honesty, consistency, communication and compassion when in the eye of the crisis storm. We have received stellar feedback from our delegates, ensuring the event will definitely return in the future."

@Steve Angell The front windscreen is intact until the very end of the video at 16:55 though it does have a crack in it on top left but not smashed. Between 12:51 and 13:12 he fires 3 shots at it at point blank range. It looks like spray comes out of the gun as the screen steams up for a second or two then clears again. This is with the pump action gun. But the screen doesn't seem to suffer any impact damage.
He definitely had real bullets though just after as he then shot out the side window to shoot a passer by
Then there's the woman he shoots whos walking by at 11. 50 or so who he then hits when shes on the ground. Thats horrific. Definitely real.

I was looking but when he drove out you did not see the woman. The car did not act like it ran over her but that is rather meaningless as she was in the rain gutter.
Making a movie you might well shoot out a window. But you fake it when you kill people. I have seen real videos of killing people and this did not look like those.
