My first ever interview was basically a mock interview. They already had chosen their candidate and only wanted to look good.

Apparently they've had issues where people shoot up in the bathroom so they really want to make sure the people they hire are trustworthy

They do a full background check and a drug test

Thing is, people have found different ways to doing the drug test and passing it, and then immediately start doing drugs after they get hired

I guess they've also had problems with people stealing shit
